Your business information is only collected when you provide these details should you choose to do business with us. Your account details are collected only if you choose to take on our paid services. This will include provision to you of sales and technical support, billing and credit control, renewal notices, maintenance notices, system changes and other functions relevant to your services with us.

Sunrise CFM and Multisoft are a merger company and have offices based in Melbourne and Sydney. Any information you supply to Multisoft will likely be shared with Sunrise CFM to facilitate our provision of products and services to you. Both Melbourne and Sydney share the same database, therefore your information will be shared between both offices.

We may supply your personal information to third parties. Your business data will not be disclosed to third parties.

Sunrise CFM will not use or disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent, unless the use or disclosure of the information is required to perform services on our behalf, or who provide services to us in assisting us with the purposes for which we have collected and use your personal information, or authorised by or under an Australian law, or a court/tribunal order.

Sunrise CFM does not use or disclose your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing.
