Can you handle monthly invoicing and billing?

Yes, we can. Inform us about your particular invoicing/billing needs upfront.

Can you clean entire buildings or multiple buildings?

Yes, we certainly can. Our cleaning services will be customised to your specific needs.

Can we get an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone, so this is not an option. We are available to schedule quotes Monday through to Friday.

Do you offer green services?

We do, please tell us you’re interested when we come to give you an estimate.

How often do you clean?

We will clean as often is needed, which may mean daily, weekly, monthly or just once.

Do you have business liability insurance?

Yes, we have Public and Product Liability, Worker’s Compensation and motor vehicle policies. We maintain insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that may happen while our staff cleans your business.

Do we need to provide any cleaning supplies?

No, we provide cleaning supplies and leave them on your premises if there is a designated cleaners room or cupboard.

Do we need to have a contract?

Entirely up to your comfort, we provide packages that are part of a short or long term contract period, but we can do one off jobs or work indefinitely with you without a contract.

Are cleaners screened for suitability?

Yes, they undergo police check and in some cases as required working with children check is completed.

Do you have after hours support?

Yes, and we offer emergency cleaning such as flood water extraction and debris clean up. We outline all of this when we customise to your cleaning needs.
